Do I have to be a Christian to use The Narrow?
No. The Narrow is built on Christian conviction and scripture, but the tools (streak tracking, habit replacement, reflection and accountability) work regardless of your faith background.
How is this different from other accountability apps?
Most apps focus on streak counting and content blocking. The Narrow focuses on identity transformation, pairing accountability with daily reflection, habit psychology, and a theological framework for why self-mastery matters.
What happens when I relapse?
You reset your streak, and you begin again. Relapse is part of recovery for most Christians. The response, whether you spiral into shame or return with resolve, is what determines your trajectory. We help you develop the latter.
How does the accountability feature work?
You invite a trusted friend, mentor, or brother. They see your streak in real time, get notified if you reset, and can send check-ins. You can also send an SOS in moments of temptation. It’s brotherhood, not surveillance.
Where does the donation go?
